I had 4 dances!1. Dumbell - Dancing to the style of Bob Fosse from Sweet Charity

2. Welcome to the Sixties - Hairspray

3. Cold Feet - I was a bridesmaid along with 5 others trying to persuade the bride to get married.


4. Unexpected - Improv! The 1st night was "Protective Mother". The 2nd night was "Final Farewell"

Spring break!

April 1-10!

It started on Friday night with Marvels's Friends & Family night Performance!

Saturday was World of Dance!

We competed against 13 other teams!
Although we didn't place, our score was a 90!
& I loved all 15 hours I spent with the team that day!
+ the benefit of having a backstage wristband to meet the celebs whenever!
Sunday was the first debut practice for Audrey!
I almost had no partner, but fortunately Bryan stepped in!

Monday was all about staying home!

Tuesday was Disneyland for April's birthday
with Angela, Ariane, James, Kathleen, Kristine, Lidia, & Ron.
Wednesday, went to April's house to watch Toy Story 3 & Teeth
I got Half&Half for the first time! & watched Insidious!
Thursday, went to my stats partner's house for a presentation project.
His mom is cool and made us chili dogs & a mango smoothie.
I spilled the smoothie when his dog jumped on me though.
Then, got Half&Half again & almost crashed twice on the way.
Then, Jeffrey treated me out to Pair Thai! Pad See Ew for the win!
The weather was crazy and started pouring while the sun was out.

Friday, Gail's house in the early morning to finish our 60's dance.
Then, Alexa's house to eat a bowl of whipped cream and fruit loops.
We watched Date Movie and laughed at every stupid moment.
Spent the rest of the day with cell!
Watched Warriors Way and played 3 rounds of Mafia!
Equip Night; Everything I hear just totally relates.

Saturday, I had vocal lessons. Went to Marvels practice for a bit.

Sunday, another debut practice!
Getting more dance moves down + good food after + laker game

How do I do?

A new update!

• I received 4 A's & 2 B's for the semester!
• Had fun getting stuck on railroad tracks
  & just jamming in the car!
• I made Marvels Dance Company!
• I had my first Marvels practice!
  I felt like I struggled a lot through it,
  but I know God will let me get it down.
  
• I went to Winter Formal with EJ Cabasal!
  

• The quietest place in the Key Club was the elevator!
• Dance circles!

But, how am I spiritually?
The Lows:
I've been putting other things and other people before God.
God throws out a lot of signs and opportunities to do things.
I feel obligated to do things.
I feel like if I say I'm doing good,
it'd be a lie because there's always something I'm lacking.
Of course, I'm not perfect.
But, if I say I'm not doing well, I'm being too hard on myself?
The simple yet complicated concept of grace.
I'm still trying to grasp it.
I haven't been reading His word. I haven't been praying.
I feel like I need to depend on those to keep me close to Christ.
I'm losing my knowledge in His word. My heart isn't into talking to Him.
I'm not on fire, I don't desire.

The Goods:
God is still Good, always. Forever.
I still find things to praise Him for.
Reminding myself that Christ died for me makes me step closer towards Him.
I know I'll never leave my faith. This is God's plan.
I don't even deserve anything & God still continually blesses me when I know it's been a while since I've talked to him.

Overall, I think I need people to keep me accountable. No one really has.
I need a good talk to straighten out these thoughts. It's much more than just this.

Yes, Jazz, Lyrial, Contemporary, Ballet; It's hard.
I've never really appreciated it until I started learning it.
I honestly think it makes me sweat like no other kind of dance.
It takes technique, it takes flexibility.
You can't just listen to beats, you have to feel the music.

I want to continue learning and growing from theses kinds of dances.
It makes me go "Whoa, I want to be able to do that!"

Other than that,
PTL, I had a virus on my computer,
and after shutting it off multiple times,
it seems like the virus disappeared.
What a miracle!
It definitely made me realize how much time I spend on the computer.
It made me realize how much time I spend on God.
Well, that was God speaking to me!

Also, I went to Yumi Song for the first time today.
Made me realize that I gotta let God take control.
Don't let sin take over me!

Errands

WEEK AFTER WEEK

MONDAY
I went with my Dad to the AE retreat "parent" meeting. I couldn't go inside cause it was for parents only. Jason said I could wait outside. I thought I was going to be the only one because the rest of the youth were leaders. But, Brian said he got kicked out. We found a balloon. Then, everyone came together, like Stephanie, Kaysee, Alexa, Holly, Brian, Bryan, The Twins, Danny and Andrew. The balloon almost flew away, but I caught it. But, a little later it went "bye bye". We attempted to play Boom Chicka Boom Boom. We took pictures with Holly's phone. Then, Brian lifted me. Then, Bryan attempted to lift me. We danced throughout the whole area. Then, Piggy back race. Bryan could not take me, we dropped to the floor. Fun stuff.

WEDNESDAY

I matched Crystal Zeng! Laura was our photographer! Dress rehearsal for dance. Then, skit practice. Then, meeting. Then just doing gymnastic moves.
