I MISS CFBC PEOPLE

I just thought I'd start copying my spiritual posts on tumblr here.
Just in case you don't see my tumblr.

So, first, I miss you all! & I want to let you know how I'm doing.
I'm doing well despite family problems. So, please pray for my family!

Here's what I posted:

SIN

Sometimes, I think that sin is just an actual action of wrong doing. But, it’s not only that. It’s also what goes through your mind as well. Any anger, impatience, or other bad thought in your head is sin too.

Sin is an attitude of rebellion, in thought, against God in word or deed.
Sin is doing what you’re not suppose to do.
*Sin is not doing the things you should.

For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. (Romans 6:23)

Sin is singular. The penalty for one sin is death. But, God gave us Jesus Christ to save us from our sins and give us eternal life.

If there was a cup of water with a drop of pee, would you drink it?
Water is pure. Pee symbolizes sin.

And it is my prayer that your love may abound more and more, with knowledge and all discernment, so that you may approve what is excellent, and so be PURE and blameless for the day of Christ, filled with the fruit of righteousness that comes through Jesus Christ, to the glory and praise of God. (Philippians 1:9-11)
