Bible Study! I liked the message! We talked about relationships and dating. I always get all uncomfortable because i am always in the position of an odd wheel. God has a plan for us, so no need to worry.
1 Corinthians 13:4-8 Love is patient and kind. Love is not jealous, it does not brag, and it is not proud. Love is not rude, is not selfish, and does not get upset with others. Love does not count up wrongs that have been done. Love takes no pleasure in evil but rejoices over the truth. Love patiently accepts all things. It always trusts, always hopes, and always endures. Love never ends.
So, for people my age.. i wonder about the people who are in relationships. Will they marry the people who they are with now?
1 Timothy 4:1 Now the Holy Spirit clearly says that in the later times some people will stop believing in faith. They will follow spirits that lie and teachings of demons. Romans 12:2 Do not be shaped by this world; instead be changed within y a new way of thinking. Then you will be able to decide what God wants for you; you will know what is good and pleasing to him and what is perfect.
This just makes me think about friends that have changed for the worse. It made me think about people who used to have a strong faith, but now dont have any faith at all. Most people get caught up in worldy things. The world is simply temporary. We will not live forever on earth.
We dont deserve anything we have, but God loves us so much to give us Christ.
re-reading these verses at home definitely helps me in my faith (:
&& the whole reason why this is titled black eyelash was because kuya alex was talking about how when people break up, they have "a black eyelash". hilarious.. maybe you had to be there.

hey joanna, this is ate geneyem, I found your page as I was just looking around others pages. Anyway just wanted to say how I'm encouraged by your blog. When you were talking about people who had strong faiths and then not any more I thought about the parable of the soils. Do you remember that one during VBS? I get sad too when that happens before my eyes but praise God that He is faithful to His children and will continue to grow them. And also that's why it's so important that we as believers always examine ourselves to see if we are in the faith. Scripture tells us to do that...but I'm blanking out with what verse. Well hope to see you on Friday.
