Confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that
you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous man is powerful and

No need to hide that everything is dandy.
Don't sugar coat anything.
With brothers & sisters in Christ,
we need to know how one another is doing.
So we can "pray for each other"

...if anyone is caught in any transgression, you who are spiritual should restore him in a spirit of gentleness. Keep watch on yourself, lest you too be tempted. Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ. -Galations 6:1-2
