Seeing, how it's been almost two years I had been saved. Before I was saved, I didn't realize how big of a deal faith was. I didn't realize the beauty of this world was created by God. I didn't realize that God didn't need us, and that He created us because He loves us. I didn't realize that sin was a big deal. But after I was saved, I did realize this things. I also realized that God can satisfy me eternally. Other material things that I want, only satisfied me for a short period of time, and I begin to look for other things to satisfy me, but God gives me satisfaction. Most importantly, I realized what Christ did for us; it was so brutal, courageous.. It was for our sins, and we could never go through a trial that we cannot handle.
1 Corinthians 10:13
No temptation has overtaken you that is not common to man. God is faithful, and he will not let you be tempted beyond your ability, but with the temptation he will also provide the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it.
Recently, I realized that getting confirmed, would mean, me lying. I am suppose to be confirming my catholic faith, but this is not going to glorify God if I go through with this.
1 Corinthians 10:31
So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.
I think as Christians, we shouldn't come off to other people that hate on other religions, because that is what my dad thinks. We should be a light to unbelievers through our actions.
Luke 10:27
And he answered, "You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind, and your neighbor as yourself."
&& I want to thank everyone for their support. <3

I love cats too :]
I see how God is growing you in your faith. Romans 8:28 says that "all things work together for good..." meaning that all things work together for our good being more like Christ. Continue to find your joy in Him...
and thank YOU for being a big encouragement for me and my faith. :) I learn a lot from your posts.
praise God for the cross, because through it, all things are possible for our hope and joy in Him. love you, joanna!! we missed you and kathleen today
